Load the booking tool
The booking tool comes from Planity (Planity GmbH, Cologne) and only starts after you click. Your browser then loads it from servers run by Planity and its service providers Amazon Web Services, Google Firebase and Algolia. Your IP address and technical details about your device go to these providers, in some cases to servers in the USA. The tool stores data in your browser (local storage and IndexedDB). This data can stay there after you close the tab, until you delete it in your browser, withdraw your consent here or open this page again without consenting.
By clicking “I agree, load the booking tool” you consent to this storage in your browser (Section 25(1) TDDDG) and to the transfer of your data (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Your consent is voluntary and lasts until you close the tab. You can withdraw it on this page at any time; anything that happened before remains lawful. If you’d rather not consent, you can message us on WhatsApp, call us or book directly on planity.com. The details are in our privacy policy (in German).
Appointments, packages and vouchers you book or buy here online are covered by our terms and conditions (in German), including the statutory withdrawal policy. You can withdraw from a contract made this way here: Withdraw from contract
